Job summary

Raise is seeking an Oracle FCCM/OFSAA Developer - AML to join a top client in Toronto on a 6-month hybrid contract. You will design risk-rating configurations, map data, and implement performance improvements within FCCM and OFSAA ecosystems.

The role requires deep Oracle SQL/PLSQL and ETL expertise, plus experience with batch processing and scheduling. You will collaborate with risk/compliance teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Financial Crime, AML, KYC, or related banking tech.
• 5+ years with Oracle FCCM implementation or production support.
• Hands-on FCCM / KYC risk assessment experience.
• Experience with OFSAA data models and related data.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CRR models, risk factors, weights, thresholds, and classifications.
• Support end-to-end data flows from source systems through OFSAA and FCCM.
• Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL procedures; review execution plans and performance.
• Develop and troubleshoot OFSAA batches, scheduling, and integrations.
• Perform root-cause analysis; support testing, releases, and handover to L3.
• Translate AML and regulatory requirements into technical designs.
