Randstad Canada seeks a Senior AI Transformation Consultant to guide clients through intelligent, automated ecosystems and partner with management and deployment teams to shape their technology strategy.

You will act as a trusted adviser, translating business needs into AI/ML solutions and building a scalable AI service Offering. Strong enterprise AI experience and communication skills to SMEs are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with recent specialization (1-3 years) in AI (Claude Code, GitHub, LLMs, MLOps).
• Strong background in Windows, Cloud (Azure), Virtualization, and modern infrastructure environments.
• Experience integrating AI solutions in enterprise settings; able to explain complex concepts to decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a Business Analyst to understand business needs and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
• Designing intelligent agents and integrating tools such as Claude, CoPilot (Microsoft 365), OpenAI, and Foundry.
• Maximizing the use of CoPilot and deploying decentralized agents to automate clients' internal processes.
• Processing complex data volumes to make our clients more competitive in their markets.
• Actively participating in the creation and structuring of our overall AI service offering.
