About the Role

Develop and implement custom AI solutions for enterprise clients. Serve as a technical expert in Firefly, Creative Cloud, and Experience Cloud, translating business needs into AI-powered applications. Mentor teams and promote best practices in AI adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement custom AI solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Serve as a technical expert in Firefly, Creative Cloud, and Experience Cloud, translating business needs into AI-powered applications.
  • Mentor teams and drive best practices in AI adoption.
  • Architect and develop scalable, production-ready generative AI solutions leveraging relevant technologies.
  • Build frameworks and components to accelerate future implementations.
  • Provide technical leadership during client engagements, guiding on generative AI capabilities and approaches.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for creative and productivity AI solutions.
  • Lead discovery workshops and technical planning to identify high-value AI use cases.
  • Research emerging trends and techniques in generative AI to refine methodologies.
  • Develop best practices, documentation, and guides for the consulting team.
  • Mentor junior consultants in delivering AI solutions and solving technical challenges.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience building enterprise software solutions, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML implementations.
  • Proven success in delivering complex technical projects under deadlines.
  • Experience consulting with clients on technology strategy and implementation.
  • Deep understanding of generative AI technologies, APIs, and integration methods across Creative and Experience Clouds.
  • Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, with experience in advanced AI/ML solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and AI performance optimization.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
