iA Financial Group is seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence Solutions Designer with 8+ years of software/solution design experience. You will craft AI solutions, build core components, and lead generative AI architectures across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, CE or related field.
• 8+ years in software development or technology solution design.
• Experience delivering AI projects and modern cloud-based solutions.
• Strong Full Stack, REST APIs, and programming in C#/.NET and Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance AI solutions, including conversational assistants and automation.
• Design and build application components, including interfaces, APIs, services, and integrations.
• Contribute to design and implementation of generative AI architectures (LLMs, RAG, prompting, orchestration).
• Ensure quality, performance, reliability, observability, and production readiness.
• Integrate security, governance, and privacy into solution design and risk management.
• Serve as a technical reference for delivery teams and mentor developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI into business processes and standards.
