EQ Bank is actively strengthening its AI security programs, focusing on secure AI platforms, copilots, and cloud-based solutions. The role requires collaboration across Cyber, Architecture, Data, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver secure, scalable AI capabilities.

The incumbent will guide security patterns, perform adversarial testing, and ensure governance and regulatory alignment while supporting a hybrid work model in Toronto.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in cyber security, software engineering, or platform engineering, incl. 4+ years in cyber security.
• Expert level knowledge of AI and cloud security controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate security controls for AI platforms and cloud services.
• Partner with multiple teams to embed security requirements across the delivery lifecycle.
• Build and automate AI security guardrails and policy enforcement.
