Qualifications

Identify, assess, and document AI, automation, and process‑improvement opportunities with stakeholders.
Analyze current workflows, controls, data needs, and measurable improvement goals.
Translate requirements into designs, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
Develop use cases for ticket handling, knowledge retrieval, trend analysis, and service quality checks.
Maintain an AI/automation pipeline aligned with business value and capacity.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support AI-powered copilots, agents, automations, scripts, analytics, and low‑code solutions.
Build proofs‑of‑concepts and production ready solutions using approved platforms and integrations.
Create reusable prompts, templates, connectors, and workflows to accelerate delivery.
Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Data, and other teams to validate designs and address gaps.
Complete security, privacy, accessibility, and user acceptance testing before release.
