As a Senior AI Scientist, you'll apply your expertise in advanced modelling to solve complex business problems and develop innovative solutions that deliver measurable value. You also bring hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Spark, APIs, automated testing, Git-based workflows, Azure, Databricks, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions in production environments. It's an asset if you have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps/LLMOps practices, particularly in financial services or other highly regulated sectors. You give meaning to data. You have strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and model evaluation techniques. You use sound judgment to interpret patterns, validate results, and measure performance in a business context. You’re motivated by collective success. You know that teamwork can transform a good idea into a great one. You build strong relationships, value diverse perspectives, and contribute to an inclusive team environment. You live your values. You bring high standards, genuine care to your relationships, and want to grow with an employer that shares your values and brings out your best.
