Job summary
Export Development Canada (EDC) seeks a Senior Quality Engineer/Lead to modernize test automation with AI integration and to enhance software reliability and delivery speed. Qualifications
- Experience in quality engineering for software products.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites across APIs, web apps, and services.
- Ability to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and drive quality gates.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test suites for functional, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation solutions using Python and Robot Framework.
- Develop reusable automation libraries, frameworks, and testing components.
- Automate testing across APIs, web applications, integrations, backend services, and end-to-end workflows.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish effective quality gates.
- Drive continuous improvement of automation reliability, coverage, and performance.
- Lead quality engineering practices across an AI-enabled SDLC.
