Job summary

Instacart is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for Order Quality. This role sits at the intersection of shopper and customer experiences, driving improvements in item discovery and replacement workflows while enabling clear communication of preferences.

You will partner with engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver a reliable fulfillment roadmap that enhances customer satisfaction and retailer trust.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in complex environments.
• Experience delivering end-to-end product initiatives.
• Strong data literacy and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of shopper and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Order Quality within Fulfillment.
• Collaborate with design and research to understand customer and shopper needs and in-store experiences.
• Define success metrics and run rigorous experiments (A/B tests, Multivariate) to improve key outcomes.
• Work with engineering, data science, operations, partnerships, legal, and privacy to scale features responsibly.
• Prioritize tradeoffs and align diverse stakeholders to maximize customer and business impact.
