Qualifications

• PhD in a computer-related field (AI/ML or computer architecture) plus industry experience.
• Working knowledge of AI with familiarity in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, incl. training and inference workflows.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and balancing architecture, design, and performance tradeoffs.
• Research mindset with ability to validate hypotheses via prototypes and communicate findings.
• Familiarity with GPU ecosystems (CUDA, Vulkan, OpenGL, OpenCL, WebGPU) with hands-on experience in at least one.
• Experience building AI agent/harness/skill toolchains, including model evaluation and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Research and prototype next‑generation GPU/AI/hardware architectures for AI-driven rendering and heterogeneous compute.
• Design and build AI compute platforms and toolchains to enable faster model development and deployment.
• Profile and optimize GPU/CPU/AI performance across multiple platforms to deliver measurable improvements.
• Build bridges across hardware design, software/driver, AI/algorithm, and product/game teams from architecture to production.
