Slalom is a modern technology company delivering AI solutions to help clients solve complex business challenges. As a Consultant – AI Engineer, you will apply ML/DL techniques to build production-ready AI tools and collaborate with data scientists and engineers across projects.

You'll partner with clients on strategy and delivery, stay current with AI trends, mentor peers, and work in a hybrid in-office model with potential on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing models or ML algorithms into production.
• 1-2 years of professional Managed or IT Professional consulting experience preferred.
• Strong consultative and communication skills, and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python for ML/AI use cases.
• Experience with LLM-based techniques and MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with Databricks and Snowflake is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply ML/DL to build AI tools that solve real business problems.
• Assist in the design, development, presentation, and delivery of ML solutions in CV, NLP, and recommendation systems.
• Stay updated on fundamental AI/ML concepts and emerging trends to contribute to solution discussions and development.
• Mentor and grow the AI/ML community within the organization.
