Insight Global is hiring an AI Engineer to join a leading Global Fashion Retailer. The role centers on building AI-enabled workflows and production-ready generative AI applications across the enterprise.

The Senior AI Engineer will design, deploy, and optimize AI solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and adopt the latest AI technologies while ensuring reliability, security, and measurable impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development skills.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents and generative AI applications in production environments.
• Experience with one or more leading AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Vertex AI, Azure AI).
• Strong understanding of agentic AI, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, tool integration, and AI workflows.
• Experience taking AI solutions from proof of concept through testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Ability to build integrations using APIs and modern software development practices.
• Experience developing user-facing applications and AI-enabled workflows.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability, governance, reliability, and performance monitoring.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent agents.
• Develop agentic AI solutions using platforms such as Copilot, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, and related ecosystems.
• Lead projects from concept to production deployment and optimization.
• Engineer prompts, workflows, and orchestration patterns for enterprise AI solutions.
• Build integrations between AI services and enterprise applications using APIs.
• Develop intuitive front-end experiences embedding AI into workflows.
• Establish testing, evaluation, monitoring, and governance practices for reliability and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver AI opportunities.
• Research emerging AI technologies and provide recommendations on tools and platforms.
