Job summary

Clariti Software is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise‑scale implementations from discovery through delivery. You translate complex business requirements into scalable configurations, facilitate workshops, and guide both Clariti and SI teams toward successful outcomes.

You will own multi‑phase programs, mentor junior ICs, and champion AI‑assisted delivery approaches to accelerate value for government clients and public sector initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise technology enablement, implementation consulting, or business analysis.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops with enterprise or public-sector clients across multiple levels.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with evolving scope.
• Strong executive presence and negotiation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms and SI partnerships.
• Interest or experience applying AI to improve delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate discovery workshops and requirements confirmation sessions with stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end project requirements across multi-department landscapes and phases.
• Document business and technical requirement specs, forms, reports, and integrations.
• Advise on efficient configuration approaches using Clariti and Salesforce.
• Demonstrate configured solutions and highlight business value to customers.
• Manage scope, change requests, and project margins in the SOW and plan.
• Raise risks and issues with recommended mitigations to the Engagement Manager.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment to business needs.
