Job summary

Didero, Inc. is hiring a Senior AI Deployment Strategist in Toronto. You will lead end-to-end AI agent deployments, map workflows, and work with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable automations in a hybrid setup.

You’ll partner with procurement and operations teams to demonstrate ROI, guide deployments post-sale, and help scale best practices as we expand our AI platform in the supply chain domain.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across product management, strategy consulting, customer success/deployment, solutions engineering, or a related analytical/customer-facing role.
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and agentic AI.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive execution.
• Proven experience leading complex, customer-facing initiatives from kickoff through full adoption.
• Strong communicator with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and navigate large organizations.
• Bonus Points For: Background in procurement, supply chain, ERP systems, or enterprise operations.
• Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Big 4) or in a Forward Deployed Engineer–style role.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms or APIs.
• Startup experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end deployment journey from scoping to adoption and value realization.
• Map customer workflows and identify where automation should apply.
• Configure, test, and tune AI agents directly with product and engineering.
• Advise procurement and operations stakeholders on ROI and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align roadmap and renewals.
• Build repeatable implementation playbooks and best practices as the team scales.
