Job summary

Didero is expanding its team in Toronto to deploy AI agents within real-world procurement workflows. You will lead end-to-end post-sale AI deployments, from scoping to adoption, working directly with procurement and operations stakeholders to drive measurable ROI.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering, map existing processes, and create scalable playbooks for future deployments across a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across product management, strategy consulting, customer success/deployment, solutions engineering, or a related analytical/customer-facing role.
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and agentic AI; CS foundation helps you speed up and go deep when needed.
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving execution.
• Proven experience leading complex, customer-facing initiatives from kickoff through full adoption.
• Strong communicator with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and navigate large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end post-sale journey, from deployment scoping through onboarding, production, full adoption, and value realization, leading AI agent implementations that translate customer supply chain workflows into scalable automations.
• Map customer processes in detail to identify where automation adds value, then configure, test, and tune agent behavior directly.
• Act as a strategic advisor to procurement and operations stakeholders, highlighting ROI and cost-saving impacts.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to surface customer insights that shape the roadmap and with Sales to drive renewals and expansion.
• Build repeatable implementation playbooks and best practices as the team scales.
