Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of analytics and AI experience, preferably in financial services.
• Experience with Python, BigQuery, GCP, Vertex AI, SQL or similar platforms.
• Strong ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design intelligent targeting, treatment, and measurement approaches with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and operationalize predictive, prescriptive, and cognitive models for automated insights and real-time decisioning.
• Lead analytics delivery for business use cases and track value realization.
• Coach and support AI & Data Science team members to build capability and discipline.
• Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable business recommendations.
