Job summary

PLATO in Canada seeks a Senior Advanced Analytics / AI Engineer (LLMOps) with 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, AI, ML, data engineering, and enterprise-scale delivery. This role leads design, development, deployment, and operationalization of AI solutions across Microsoft technologies.

The candidate will drive governance, security, and scalable AI platforms, overseeing model lifecycle, deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years delivering advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, data engineering, and enterprise-scale solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, deployment, and governance of enterprise AI solutions within Microsoft ecosystem.
• Design and implement scalable LLMOps capabilities including deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Develop Generative AI apps leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, RAG architectures.
• Build AI-powered data platforms and end-to-end data pipelines with Azure services.
• Architect secure, scalable AI environments on Azure with AKS.
• Establish best practices for model governance, monitoring, and reliability.
• Champion Responsible AI with governance, security, privacy, compliance, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.
