Bombardier is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead installation design for airframe and systems. You will design with CATIA V5, produce detailed drawings, and ensure conformance to aerospace specs.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Querétaro, Dorval, and Toronto, supporting Challenger and Global airplane programs, while mentoring junior engineers and managing project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience or 12+ with technical equivalency.
• Strong CATIA V5 design and modeling knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Perform mechanical design using CATIA V5 and oversee detail drawings and installation drawings for work packages.
• Interpret aerospace specifications to develop compliant design solutions.
• Support production on Bombardier programs (Challenger 350/650, Global 5500/6500/7500).
• Provide technical support on airframe and systems across multiple sites (Querétaro, Dorval, Toronto).
• Collaborate with Stress, Materials & Processes, Systems, Design, Quality and Operations teams.
• Lead projects, mentor colleagues, and manage schedules and budgets.
