Job summary

Thinkpivot Talent Solutions in Mississauga is seeking a Program Manager for the aerospace parts industry. You will be the primary contact for key clients, bridging engineering, manufacturing and client relations to deliver projects on specification and regulatory standards.

The role requires cross-functional leadership of engineers, technicians and supply chain personnel, with a strong focus on budgeting, scheduling, risk and quality assurance under AS9100/APQP guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Client reviews. Monthly, quarterly, annually.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Managing teams of engineers, technicians and supply chain personnel.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Using MS Project and EVM to control costs.
• Risk & Quality Assurance: Ensuring AS9100/APQP compliance and mitigating defects.
• Client Relations: Primary interface for key stakeholders including aerospace clients.
