As a Senior Associate, Advisory, you will lead the drafting of planning memos, oversee client fieldwork, manage project budgets, and deliver high-quality audit and advisory services, including supporting crypto audits and internal control certifications. The company fosters a supportive and growth-oriented environment, offering its team members the opportunity to expand their technical skills and work on innovative projects .

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Associate, you will.

• Draft planning memos and work plans for various types of engagements, including crypto audit support, internal audit, and internal control certification
• Ensure that fieldwork is delivered with responsive, high-quality service across multiple client engagements
• Manage client commitments and budgets across various projects
• Perform quality reviews on engagement files and ensure client communication is top-notch
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and practical solutions for clients
• Dedicate 10% of your time to self-selected projects, education, and research to foster continuous learning

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior personal time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• A CPA or CIA designation or close to completion
• 3 years of related work experience in areas such as internal controls, internal audit, audit, or financial reporting.
• Public company experience is highly advantageous.
