The Lead analyst, business systems will be responsible mainly to help ensure the proper functioning of LBS's back office system (OSS) hosted under SIS a branch Broadridge. They will also be required to understand all the different integrations between internal processes and the OSS system. Under the guidance of the team lead he or she will be also responsible to ensure that all requests from the business lines including, new development, incidents and ad-hoc requests are taken in charge, resolved and delivered within an acceptable timeframe.
*Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matters with internal and external parties in both languages.
