A leading company is seeking a Senior Advisor for Digital Strategy and Performance. The role involves analyzing client behavior, improving digital solutions, and advising on strategic initiatives. As a senior advisor digital strategy and performance, you're responsible for improving business strategy performance by studying client behaviour. You measure and analyze the success and performance of digital solutions and provide teams with recommendations to help them improve their strategies based on the data analysis. You lead and influence different stakeholders in projects to proactively meet cross-sector business needs and through complex, strategic initiatives related to assessing and improving digital performance. You serve as an expert advisor and subject matter expert, as well as a resource person and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies for cybermetrics and understanding user behaviour. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of work. You make recommendations on the development and execution of innovative, cross-sector strategic initiatives on performance measurement that have a major impact on the organization's directions. You interact with a very large number of stakeholders working in other fields and advise decision-making bodies for implementing strategies and digital solutions. More specifically, you will be required to:
Develop best practices for measuring the performance of initiatives and digital solutions, and advise teams on how to improve their strategies.
Lead the design and development of metrics, dashboards and analysis reports on client behaviour, and influence strategic decision-making.
Lead efforts to define and implement the plan and the tools for measuring web and digital performance, from a cross-sector and strategic perspective.
Serve as a specialist advisor to help teams ensure that their analytics needs are understood, and advise them on defining performance objectives for innovative projects.
Conduct trend monitoring, target opportunities for improvement by anticipating organizational impacts, and establish web analytics and cybermetrics practices.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
