Responsibilities
  • Develop best practices for measuring the performance of initiatives and digital solutions, and advise teams on how to improve their strategies.
  • Lead the design and development of metrics, dashboards, and analysis reports on client behaviour, influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Lead efforts to define and implement plans and tools for measuring web and digital performance from a cross-sector and strategic perspective.
  • Serve as a specialist advisor to ensure analytics needs are understood and define performance objectives for innovative projects.
  • Conduct trend monitoring, identify opportunities for improvement, and establish web analytics and cybermetrics practices.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is necessary due to the nature of the duties and interactions with partners and clients.
