We are creating a new kind of health care - defined not by illness, but by the health and well-being of people and communities. Are you driven by a passion for improving the health and well-being of communities? Do you have a strong background in data analysis and a desire to make a positive impact on population health outcomes? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Performance Analytics Senior Advisor.

Trillium Health Partners is one of Canada’s largest community-based teaching hospitals, serving the growing and diverse populations of Mississauga, West Toronto, and surrounding communities through the Credit Valley Hospital, the Mississauga Hospital, the Queensway Health Centre, the Reactivation Care Centre (Church Site) and the new THP-UHN Reactivation Care Centre. Guided by our values of compassion, excellence, and courage, and through our strategic roadmap, Plan to 2030, we are creating a new kind of health care - defined not by illness, but by the health and well-being of people and communities.

When we set out to build our vision and future, we connected with our community - patients, families, visitors, physicians, staff, and volunteers. The foundational goals of our new strategic plan - quality, access, and sustainability - anchor everything we do.

Our mission for a new kind of health care is built on an interconnected system of care organized around patients – inside and outside the hospital. We are inviting passionate individuals like you to be part of this exhilarating journey! At THP, we are relentless in providing high quality, compassionate care to our communities and take great pride in fostering an inclusive and accessible environment and we are all accountable for contributing to a healthy, safe, and respectful environment for healing and promoting excellence in patient care through advancing patient and staff safety.
