A leading bank is seeking a Senior Advisor for its Financial Markets Business Strategy team in Toronto. This role involves developing campus recruitment strategies, enhancing the intern experience, and collaborating with educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and recruitment, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
As a Senior Advisor in the Financial Markets Business Strategy team at National Bank, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and roll out of the campus recruitment strategy for the sector. Responsible for meeting the recruitment needs of interns for the Financial Markets sector teams across Canada, you will need to develop relationships with educational institutions and students. In this role, you will also collaborate with various internal partners and improve the intern experience within the Financial Markets sector. This position offers a unique opportunity to have a positive impact on the organization.

This position is based in Toronto or Calgary, more specifically within the Business Strategy team in Financial Markets. You will report to the Vice-President, Business Strategy - Financial Markets. You will oversee daily business operational functioning of recruitment events and processes and ensure efficiency and optimal workflows.
