The Analysis and Business Solutions team is seeking a candidate for the position of Senior Actuarial Advisor. This role involves collaborating with departments such as Marketing, Claims, Underwriting, Sales, and Business Development on various projects. The key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing actuarial expertise to internal stakeholders to support strategic projects and initiatives.
  2. Analyzing data sources to develop action plans for business issues of moderate to high complexity.
  3. Leading complex mandates by diagnosing issues and recommending solutions.
  4. Coordinating the development and updating of tools, reports, models, databases, and systems.
  5. Communicating analysis assumptions and results effectively to stakeholders and management.
  6. Representing the actuarial department in decision-making meetings.
  7. Mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics, with at least six years of relevant P&C insurance experience, successful completion of three CAS exams, and proficiency in English and French (for Quebec positions).
