Dynamic Connections Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounting Coordinator to own either AR or AP end-to-end. You will lead a team of accounting coordinators, collaborate with a broader finance group, and help scale finance processes as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning AR or AP end-to-end.
• Strong attention to detail with keen eye for discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor junior teammates.

Responsibilities

• Own customer accounts: invoicing, collections, and reconciliation (AR) or own payables: payments, vendor statements, and card reconciliations (AP).
• Lead complex reconciliations and escalations; improve processes as the company scales.
• Fold acquired companies’ AR/AP into our processes and build trust with partners.
• Collaborate across teams including Solutions/operations; communicate with clients, customers, and vendors.
