Job Description

• Ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting for the assigned region.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor financial planning activities such as targets and budgets.
• Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) partners to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making.
• Execute month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial results.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and shorten financial reporting cycles.
• Prepare and deliver detailed, value-added financial analyses to support business performance.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Highly skilled in Excel and familiar with reporting tools such as Cognos or Power BI.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
