  4. Maximizing engagement profitability by effectively utilizing engagement resources
  5. Analysis and review of corporate and personal income tax returns, NTRs, and reviews
  6. Planning and leading teams to ensure that client expectations are exceeded
  7. Supervision and mentoring of an accounting team, including the review of files
  8. Leading through coaching and performance management, providing ongoing feedback, conducting timely performance reviews, and delivering training to develop team members

About Doane Grant Thornton

Imagine being part of a team that puts “we before me”, where flexibility is a mindset, and where you trust your colleagues to have your back. At Doane Grant Thornton, you’ll work with inspiring leaders who support your development, both personally and professionally. This is a place where your curiosity enables you to see and hear from a variety of perspectives, where every day is different, and where growth is encouraged. When all this comes together, that’s when the magic happens!
