Role Responsibilities

• Lead and execute client engagements across different reporting frameworks and sectors.
• Support business development by understanding and promoting Doane Grant Thornton's services.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the office business plan.
• Ensure engagement profitability through effective resource utilization.
• Review corporate and personal income tax returns, NTRs, and compilations.
• Lead teams to exceed client expectations.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, review files.
• Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate training.

Qualifications

• CPA designation is a strong asset.
