Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 3–4 years of industry financial reporting experience, or public audit exposure.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% for inventory counts.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures.
• Prepare and record journal entries for assets, liabilities, revenue and expenses.
• Review preliminary income statement and key balance sheet accounts.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations for accurate reporting.
• Resolve account variances and communicate findings to divisional controllers.
• Oversee fixed asset maintenance and reporting across divisions.
• Test accounting systems for new implementations or changes.
• Collaborate with divisions’ finance and operations on ad hoc requests.
• Maintain procedural documentation.
