Job summary

Driven Brands is seeking a Sr. Accountant to support the Franchise Business segment. You will manage bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close while upholding internal controls and GAAP across the general ledger and income statements.

Qualified candidates bring a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 3–5 years’ experience, Oracle ERP familiarity, and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Proficient with Excel, including pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to manage time and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned GL accounts and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Perform month-end close activities and journal entries with proper support.
• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Create and modify accounting entries in the ERP system and maintain workpapers.
• Document internal controls and close checklist procedures.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams; respond to internal requests.
