about this team :

The Financial Reporting Team works cross-functionally with many other teams in the business as well as our auditors to meet our public financial reporting obligations. It also prepares internal reports, including departmental and store reporting, providing our leaders with the information they need to understand our business and make key decisions.

core responsibilities :

  • Prepares working papers and drafts disclosures for the quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and earnings releases filed with the SEC.
  • Works with reports from the stock-based compensation administrator to calculate the current expense, forecast the future expense, and prepare SEC disclosures and other calculations.
  • Provides training and support to other team members, including performing initial reviews of working papers.
  • Prepares monthly journal entries.
  • Works with internal and external auditors to provide support for disclosures and SOX controls.

qualifications :

  • 5+ years of professional work experience, preferably related to financial reporting.
  • CPA designation, or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Wdesk, Spreadsheet Server, Hyperion / EPM, Oracle EBS, and / or Shareworks is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $81,500-$107,000 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
