Uline, a family‑owned company, seeks a Senior Accountant to lead month‑end/year‑end close, manage payroll for Canada, and ensure GAAP compliance in our Milton facility. You’ll partner across accounting teams and drive accurate financial reporting while strengthening internal controls.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required or in-progress.
• 7+ years of accounting experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities with journal entries and variance analysis.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Prepare schedules for annual corporate tax filings.
• Oversee payroll process for Canada operations with audits and compliance.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on financial analysis and insights.
