Job summary

BlueCat is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance Department and oversee financial operations across all subsidiaries. You will own month-end close, reconciliations, and ad-hoc reporting, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in accounting, US GAAP expertise, and experience with NetSuite. You will collaborate across teams, support audits, and help automate routines using AI-driven tools to sharpen analysis.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting and 4+ years in accounting with GL ownership.
• US GAAP expertise and strong Excel skills; NetSuite experience preferred.
• CPA designation preferred; audit background desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post month-end close journal entries.
• Own end-to-end processes and drive improvements.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations with subledger tie-outs.
• Investigate GL discrepancies and support audits.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and tax-related requests.
• Assist in process automation and UAT for improvements.
