The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for someone to join our growing team as a Senior Accountant, Global Client Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparation of compilation working paper files including basic bookkeeping where required;
• Planning and execution of review and audit engagements with note disclosures under ASPE and IFRS;
• Completion of special projects as they arise;
• Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns;
• Performance of financial and systems analysis;
• Preparation of engagement budgets and cost proposals;
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and their teammates in a wide range of industries;
• Building positive working relationships with clients and effectively respond to request and suggestions
• Participating in business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities with existing clients
• Effectively communicating with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis.
• Supervision/file review of junior team members

Your experience and education:

• You have completed your CPA designation
• You have a minimum of 3 -5 years of external audit experience working in a public accounting firm.
• You work independently, are proactive, but also value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
• You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
• You want to be part of a fast growing, entrepreneurial environment
• Knowledge of global client services an asset.
• Fluency in other languages as asset.
