Raising The Village in Toronto is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day Canadian financials under the Accounting Manager. This role focuses on accuracy and reliability of financial records, close processes, reconciliations, and reporting across Canadian operations.
The Senior Accountant will drive month-end and year-end close, prepare financial statements, and support tax, regulatory filings, and audits.

Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Senior Accountant is responsible for the day‑to‑day accounting for Raising The Village’s Canadian operations and safeguards the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of its financial records and reporting. This Senior Accountant will need to be hands‑on in maintaining financial records, driving assigned areas of the month‑end and year‑end close, preparing reconciliations and financial reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations, and supporting audits and process improvements. The Senior Accountant provides timely, reliable financial information to strengthen financial operations and decision‑making.
