Vaco LLC is seeking a highly analytical Business Applications & Data Analyst to design, automate, and optimize business processes using Power Platform and SQL. You will build reports and dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver data-driven solutions to improve operations.

You will design applications, automate workflows, optimize SQL, create Power BI reports, and ensure security and governance across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing business solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
• Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Experience writing advanced DAX measures and calculations in Power BI.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience connecting Power Platform to SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, and REST APIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Power Query (M language).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Power BI certifications are considered an asset.
