Responsibilities

• Responsible for Month-End closing; preparation of timely and reliable monthly accounts package.
• Support accounting management, assist with internal controls, and prepare financial reports.
• Assist with preparing quarterly budget.
• Manage transactional matters including posting vendor invoices, employee expenses, sales invoices, and bank transactions into the finance platform.
• File Monthly sales Tax submissions.
• Run bank reconciliation reports for multi-currency accounts.
• Prepare and post journals such as prepayments, accruals, cash entries, intercompany entries, and expenses.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable : recording, monitoring, reconciling.
• Prepare weekly payments.
• Maintain department files and databases.
• Provide various reports as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in a multinational company.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of accounting software D365 and Sage is a plus.
