Uline, Milton, ON, is seeking a Senior Accountant who will lead month-end close, manage reconciliations, and oversee tax schedules. This CPA-driven role sits in our Milton facility and partners with teams across Canada to ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will supervise payroll for Canadian operations, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements while delivering insightful analysis for leadership. On-site work with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Formación

• 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA designation.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis and accurate financial reporting.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls, investigating discrepancies and ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for annual corporate tax filings.
• Oversee the payroll process for Canada operations, ensuring accurate processing, thorough audits and compliance.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen accounting workflows and internal controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with teams across Uline on financial analysis, reporting and business insights that support informed decisions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CPA designation.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday a plus.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
