Job summary

Uline is seeking a detail-driven Accountant to prepare financial documents and ensure accurate reporting in support of our growth as a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. The role is on-site in Milton, Ontario with a salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year.

Responsibilities include analyzing financial information, maintaining reconciliations, and partnering with business units to drive insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA designation is required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience or equivalent.
• Excel or SQL proficiency is preferred; strong communication skills are essential.

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information to accurately record transactions and prepare financial statements.
• Review financial records and reports, ensuring they align with standard accounting practices and internal control guidelines.
• Develop and maintain timely reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and weekly cash flow forecasts.
• Partner with business units to manage and continuously improve reporting to drive actionable business insights.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CPA designation.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel or SQL is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
