Job summary

Uline in Milton, ON is seeking an Accountant to prepare financial documents and ensure accurate reporting to support growth as a leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials. Position includes responsibilities for financial statement preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow forecasts and cross-functional reporting improvements.

CPA is required with 3+ years in accounting; proficiency in Excel/SQL is preferred.

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information to accurately record transactions and prepare financial statements.
• Review financial records and reports, ensuring they align with standard accounting practices and internal control guidelines.
• Develop and maintain timely reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and weekly cash flow forecasts.
• Partner with business units to manage and continuously improve reporting to drive actionable business insights.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CPA designation.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel or SQL is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
