3 Step Recruitment, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant for a hybrid role in Markham, ON. The CPA firm offers exposure to ASPE for clients, IFRS engagements, and a collaborative team environment with growth opportunities.

This position requires CPA designation or progression, a degree in accounting, and 3+ years of Canadian public accounting experience. Proficiency in CaseWare, QuickBooks, Sage, and TaxPrep is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA candidate or designation in progress.
• Degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of Canadian public accounting experience.
• Experience with assurance (audit) and tax (audit).
• Strong knowledge of ASPE/ASNPO; IFRS exposure is an asset.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting tools CaseWare, QuickBooks, Sage, TaxPrep.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
