Tuff Industries is looking for a Finance & Administration Coordinator with accounting expertise and superior customer service skills to tackle a mix of financial, administrative, and operational tasks.If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, love juggling multiple responsibilities, and enjoy working with both internal teams and external clients, this permanent, full-time role might be perfect for you!
What You’ll Do:
· Full cycle accounts payable & receivable (AP/AR) management.
· Process & prepare electronic, cheque, and credit card payments (incoming & outgoing).
· Perform month end reconciliations (cash, credit card, inventory, AR/AP, etc.)
· Prepare journal entries.
· Monitor, file & release tax payments to various governing bodies (North American).
· General involvement in vendor communication & record maintenance.
· General involvement in managing freight documentation.
· Participate in office administration duties including handling of incoming customer, dealer & vendor calls as required.
· Other administrative tasks as required.
What We Look For:
Our ideal candidate will have a strong accounting and customer service background. This person must be able to work both independently and as part of our team and enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education:
College Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration an asset.
Experience:
3+ years of accounting experience with similar responsibilities.

· Strong organizational skills, prioritization and attention to detail.
· Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Sage Accounting (or similar).

· A smiling face, warm phone manner and sense of humour.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. Individual compensation is commensurate with skill set, relevant experience and education.
