Compensation

• Leading base salary plus commission structure with on target earnings (OTE) of $150,000
• Auto allowance
• Benefits package (including health and dental)

Position Description

In this important position, you will be entrusted with managing existing business and driving inside sales growth in the packaging distribution industry. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and to represent a brand known for its quality in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and drive inside sales growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company’s products and services.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Experience

• Proven track record of success in packaging industries.
• At least 5 years of account management, inside sales, negotiation, and presentation experience.
