Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Calgary, AB. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role includes overseeing the implementation of parking solutions, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. The Senior Account Manager will also be involved in resolving client issues, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Account management experience and strong client relationship skills
• Experience in overseeing project implementation and account performance monitoring
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve client issues effectively
• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
• Knowledge of parking or property management solutions is a plus
