Senior Account Manager – Fulfillment & Logistics

At AMZ Prep, we help brands scale their eCommerce operations with industry-leading fulfillment, warehousing, and shipping solutions across North America and Europe. Our integrated logistics platform supports Amazon FBA / FBM, DTC fulfillment, and retail distribution, enabling brands to streamline their supply chain and accelerate growth.

About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager , you will be the primary point of contact for our high-value enterprise clients, ensuring seamless execution of their logistics and fulfillment operations. You will manage day-to-day account operations, proactively address challenges, and serve as a strategic consultant to optimize their fulfillment strategy. This role requires a highly responsive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage enterprise customer relationships, ensuring seamless fulfillment execution and long-term success.
  • Oversee daily account operations, troubleshoot issues, and proactively communicate updates to clients.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize logistics performance.
  • Act as a trusted consultant, advising clients on best practices for fulfillment, shipping, and supply chain management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, warehouse, customer service) to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, analyzing fulfillment data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Lead contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and AMZ Prep.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, upselling, and expanding service offerings based on client needs.
  • Be hyper-responsive —ensuring clients receive timely updates, proactive solutions, and exceptional service.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client operations, ideally within logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, fulfillment, or SaaS related to eCommerce (preferred).
  • Strong ability to manage daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with enterprise clients.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret account performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in contract renewals and client retention.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Amazon FBA / FBM, DTC fulfillment, or retail distribution.
  • Background in 3PL, logistics technology, or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with order management systems (OMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), or CRM tools (Hubspot preferred).
