About The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Senior AE who knows how to hunt, close, and grow strategic accounts in the tech world.

You’ll work with high-growth startups and tech companies to provide top-tier talent and consulting solutions, backed by a team that actually delivers. This isn’t your average sales role—expect autonomy, high expectations, and real impact.

Responsabilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, pitching, closing, and account expansion.
  • Build and manage a pipeline using modern outbound strategies (sequencing, automation, personalization)
  • Interact confidently with executives, founders, and technical leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure client success.
  • Share information with the team.
  • Represent the company in a way that builds lasting trust and reputation.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive or similar role in tech staffing.
  • Strong track record in closing deals and owning revenue goals.
  • Fluent with modern sales tools: sequencing, outreach, CRM platforms (Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of the tech ecosystem and how startups operate.
  • Portfolio of remote clients or experience building trusted, long-distance relationships.
  • Agile and adaptable – industry-agnostic, quick to understand new verticals.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, remote-first team.
