Botpress, a leader in enterprise-grade AI for customer experience, is seeking a senior seller to close complex B2B SaaS deals across North America. You will drive AI-driven CX transformations, articulate a credible path to production, and partner with Solutions Engineering to prove value.

You’ll build and own a robust pipeline, engage with CX and IT stakeholders, and navigate multi-stakeholder cycles to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of closing complex B2B SaaS deals.
• Experience selling AI solutions: conversational AI, AI agents, automation or ML-driven products.
• Experience selling CX or support transformation to heads of support, CX, contact center or customer operations.
• Technically fluent seller—comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data and security with IT stakeholders.
• Experience running consultative, value-based sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and a proof of value.
• History of self-sourced pipeline with enterprise accounts.

We’re looking for a senior seller who has done this before: someone who has walked into an organization, sold a CX transformation and helped turn an AI vision into production results.

About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for AI-driven CX transformation, from discovery and vision-setting through business case, negotiation and close
• Help CX and support leaders see what AI agents can do inside their existing environment, including their helpdesk, CRM, knowledge base and back-office systems, and build a credible path to production
• Build the business case: resolution rates, cost-to-serve, customer satisfaction and agent productivity, tied to outcomes the executive team cares about
• Partner closely with Solutions Engineering to design solutions and proofs of value that run against the prospect’s real systems and data
• Build your own pipeline through targeted outbound into named enterprise accounts and by finding opportunities in our existing user base
• Work alongside the ecosystem partners and platforms our customers already rely on, positioning Botpress as the AI layer that makes their existing investments more valuable

• 5+ years of closing complex B2B SaaS deals, with a track record of hitting or beating quota in a full-cycle role
• Experience selling AI solutions: conversational AI, AI agents, automation or ML-driven products. You can explain how these systems work and where they fail.
• Experience selling CX or support transformation: you’ve sold to heads of support, CX, contact center or customer operations, and you understand their world, including the platforms they run, the metrics they’re measured on and the change management involved
• A technically fluent seller. You’re comfortable talking about APIs, integrations, data and security with an IT or engineering stakeholder, then turning that into business value for an executive
• Experience running consultative, value-based sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and business cases, often including a proof of value
• A history of self-sourced pipeline. You can name enterprise accounts you opened yourself and walk us through how you won them.
• Strong written and spoken English; this role covers the North American market
• Bonus: experience at a CX, contact center, BPO, conversational AI or AI platform company, or experience selling alongside or through the platform ecosystem in the CX space
