Botpress is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the Botpress narrative and drive messaging from ad to paid conversion. You will partner with the VP Marketing and own the product storytelling across the funnel, ensuring fast, revenue-driven impact.

• Arm Sales with concise decks, positioning and objections.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the Botpress story. Our product is moving faster than our messaging, and we need someone to find the stories our buyers want to hear, write them, and ship them everywhere a prospect decides whether Botpress is for them.

You’ll report to our Director of Product Growth and work directly with the VP Marketing on the product and company narrative. You’ll sit in a product growth pod with a PM and a growth engineer, so your messaging ships fast and shows up in the funnel within weeks. You’ll own every word from first ad to paid conversion, and you’ll see what your copy does to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Run customer interviews, market research, and win/loss analysis, and turn what you learn into positioning and messaging
• Build a new product and company narrative and roll it out across the homepage, AI customer support landing page, onboarding, sales deck, and email
• Bring in more of the right buyers (B2B customer support leaders in North America) and improve conversion from landing page to signup to paid, with experiments behind every change
• Rebuild nurture and conversion workflows in HubSpot, triggered by product signals and run as an ongoing experiment program
• Lead messaging and launch support for pricing and packaging changes
• Arm Sales with messaging they actually use: decks, competitive positioning, objection handling
• Work with Product to tie new features back to one clear value story

Who You Are

• An exceptional B2B copywriter and storyteller, with a portfolio of shipped B2B messaging for homepages, launches, or landing pages tied to business results

• You’ve positioned or repositioned a product at an early-stage company or during a pivot. You created the story rather than inheriting a mature brand

• Research-led: you run customer interviews and market research yourself, and can show how your findings became messaging

• A self-sufficient executor: you build and ship your own emails, workflows, and page updates in HubSpot, without a team behind you

• Eligible to work in Canada
  Bonus points for:

• Experience in AI, customer support, CX, or helpdesk tools (e.g. Intercom, Zendesk, Gorgias, Ada, Front)

• Marketing to CS or Support leaders at North American mid-market companies

• PLG or self-serve funnel experience where marketing owned conversion, not just leads

• A/B testing on landing pages and email, and comfort with product analytics tools such as PostHog

• Pricing and packaging launch experience

• Hands-on with Webflow or another CMS

• Heavy, fluent use of AI tools in your own workflow
